Rehearse a tool path
Sketch the tool’s route on the actual material before cycling the machine.
Draw the tool path directly against the workpiece — plunge depths, clearances, feed rate transitions. For additive processes (welding, cladding, robotic 3D printing), sketch the deposition path where the material will actually land. Export the polyline to your slicer, motion controller, or robot programming environment.
