Sketch a booth footprint
In the empty hall, draw the footprint at true scale; walk the visitor flow.
During load-in, sketch the booth or exhibit footprint, internal walls, demo stations, and product displays at true scale on the actual hall floor. Walk the visitor path; adjust the layout so nothing pinches. Export for the build crew.
